Ordering Photographic Prints Online

Photography uses the PayPal service to receive online orders for prints.
Simply click on the BUY button below any of our gallery prints to order,
and use the CHECKOUT button when ready to complete your purchase. PayPal
provides a convenient, free, and secure online payment system to its
members, who can use a bank account or a major credit card to make payments.

Print Options
All photographs are shipped as high quality matte-finish Durst Lambda prints. The Lambda System achieves true continuous-tone photographic quality without the visual dot patterns seen in non-photographic printing technology. Using a unique laser source, graphics are razor sharp from corner to corner. No other technology incorporates the color fidelity, sharpness, and faithful rendition of digital files.
Each print is matted on sturdy, acid-free white stock board. Prints are available in three standard sizes:

Prices include the print, matting, shipping & handling, and insurance costs.
Custom prints of sizes larger than 16"x20" are also available. Please inquire as to pricing and shipping information for any special order.
Shipping & Handling
All Standard and Custom prints will be shipped in sturdy containers and will be fully insured. Standard prints will be shipped flat, and larger Custom prints will be shipped in rolled tubes. Shipping and handling charges are included for any package shipped within the continental United States. PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS for delivery from time of order.
Additional charges and shipping time may be added for destinations outside the contintental U.S. or for custom orders, to be determined upon inquiry. Please indicate your shipping address and desired print size.
Return Policy
Benchmark accepts returns on merchandise under the following conditions:

1) Upon verification by the carrier, merchandise damaged during shipping can be returned for a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT. Benchmark Photography Ltd. will bear return shipping charges. Original packaging should be kept for proof of damage.

Undamaged merchandise can be returned for an 80% REFUND (20% restocking
fee) under the following additional conditions: |

| - | The item(s) must be returned within 21 days of the original shipping date, in their original packaging. |
| - | Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the purchaser. |
| - | Refunds will be credited within 14 business days of merchandise return. |
No returns on undamaged special-order merchandise or on shipments outside the U.S.
